Union Minister for Minority Affairs, Ms Najma Heptulla on Sunday inaugurated the New Horizon Child Development Cente and Hearing Aid Centre for Adults and Children at Goregaon, Mumbai. The Centre provides services for differently abled children and they include Developmental Pediatrics, Clinical Psychology and Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Remedial Education and Nutrition. Dr. Najma Heptulla in her address stressed on the need for such comprehensive Child Development Centres all over the country to address the needs of the differently abled children
